HR communicated some new policies for the new year and it's not good news. Well at least towards the Employees benefit and welfare, it's really bad news. I have been contemplating whether I want to make another career move this year or next yr and it seems it more sense to do it this year than next yr because HR introduced the 2 months termination notice and reduced the no of days carried forward has been reduced from 21 days to 7 days leave. So we such policies, I think it makes more sense for me to quit this year than early next yr. Sigh.... maybe it's a sign for me to move on. The management isn't all that good anyway and with HR becoming what it is now.... I feel... yea.. maybe i really shld move on. I never expect to make another life changing decision so soon, but perhaps it's better to be this early than later. Oh well.... I'll pray hard for a better job. At the way I see things now, I most prob try to leave in August and hope that some company will be willing to wait for me. I wonder if any company is willing to wait 2 months for me?
